Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days from the time you received the item(s) and get a full refund.
For damage or defective items, please contact us within 7 days to process a replacement or a refund. Please note that we may need to ask for a photo or a short video that will show the issue since this will serve as a proof.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The customer covers the return shipping fee.

We DO NOT under any circumstances afford refunds to customers in regards to issues with the Kindelf or iTracing app. The app is made and managed by separate entities with no relation to SHANE SHANE, LLC.

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. email@example.com
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
