I didn't realize that this is Bluetooth only and not GPS. Meaning that the sender has to be very close and the receiver has to be turned on constantly (draining the phone's battery). The software isn't working on my Huawei P20 either and I had to download 3rd party SW, which most of those have advertisement and only basic functions. Disappointed but it confirms that you get what you pay for. Won't be using it but haven't lost a lot either.

I never received my order.

This item might be useful for finding your car keys while in the house. But it is worthless for finding your dog. It works with your phone through Bluetooth. So when your dog walks outside it looses its connection.

It didn't come with batteries. An they say it is for pets. But the range is only 25 yds why you need it on your pet when you can see it at that distance. Not worth the money. An it took almost two months to get the order
